In the event that you are not satisfied with your purchase PLEASE send us email about the REFUND or EXCHANGE.

- the item must be UNWORN/UNUSED and in sellable condition. This also includes smells (we WILL NOT accept a return on a bag if it has a strong odour, for example cigarette odours) you are responsible for shipping costs.

PLEASE send back your order via the POST OFFICE and NOT WITH A COURIER COMPANY - please indicate on the box that the item is being returned, we are not responsible for taxes and duty charges incurred! All gift certificate purchases are final! All "SALE ITEMS" are final! All SALES with CUSTOM requests or changes are final - we will not refund or excange it if you are not satisfied with what you requested to change.

PLEASE NOTE - if you are unsure about the size of the bag, before you order please take a ruler or tape measure and compare it to an existing bag to make sure that it will meet your expectations regarding scale.

We do our best to photograph the work - please keep in mind that the colours may appear differently according to your computer screen.

PLEASE NOTE - we will not accept returns after 5 days of its arrival date -> for items you want to exchange/refunded - you are responsible for any of the shipping costs. If an item arrives damaged due to postal transit please contact us to file a claim with the post office - the item must be photographed in order to make the claim.

3. How do you ship your order?How long does shipping take?

Our standard shipping is FedEx Priority Shipping. It only takes 3-6 business days worldwide, and there is tracking provided for each parcel. Please provide a PHONE NUMBER with your order, so the delivery person can contact you before delivering the item. Strictly No PO BOX address, FedEx do not deliver international orders to P.O.BOX.

4. Care instructions!

Quick & gentle hand wash or machine wash in wash (wash inside out on delicates 30 C°) EXCEPT for the leather and waxed canvas. They can not be washed.

A stickly lint roller is the best way to remove fluff and lint from your canvas bag.

Do not use bleach. Do not tumble dry. Iron inside out. Do not dry clean.

5. BACKPACK STRAP / FUNCTIONAL STRAP

The backpack strap is 2in1 strap. Adjustable and detachable. So if you want to use it as a backpack strap, just slide it over the strap on the rectangular metal part. However, it can be used as a shoulder strap or crossbody strap.

6. About WAXED COTTON CANVAS

- Waxed cotton canvas is all natural bee wax and non synthetic wax. - Waxed canvas should not be washed with detergent or ironed - just gently wipe any stains or marks with a damp cloth and warm water or a dry brush. - A sticky lint roller is the best way to remove fluff and lint from your canvas bag. - Your bag will feel oilier in warmer conditions and less oily in colder conditions. - Your bag may be re-waxed by a professional dry-cleaner that offers this service. - The organic cotton lining may be spot cleaned with warm water and mild detergent.

7. About WATERPROOF FABRIC

CORDURA® is a high-performance polymer fabric, designed for superior strength and abrasion resistance. The majority of our bags is made of CORDURA® waterproof fabric manufactured in Germany. Original ballistic weave developed for military body armor Densely woven, high-strength nylon fabric. Exceptional abrasion, tear and puncture resistance Designed for maximum durability and long-lasting performance Factory coated with a sprayed on, Polyurethane coating on one side.

8. About COTTON CANVAS

Densely woven, high-strength 100% cotton canvas. Non water repellent canvas.

9. Shipping information

FedEx International Priority services is used for shipping your order to your home. The shipping charges paid by you in advance will cover one full export process, including two delivery attempts to the address you provided us at the time of your order.

For the successful delivery we ask you to provide us exact and valid shipping address and contact details, including phone number, emai address where the delivery personel can reach you during working hours.

Modification in delivery data will cause extra charges to be covered by you and delay in delivery.

At this time we are unable to ship orders to General Delivery, P.O. Boxes.

Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply.

10. Dimensions & Colors

The dimensions are located in each listing but if uncertain about the size feel free to message us and we will gladly help guide you. The return shipping costs for change items are buyer’s responsibility and the new product delivery fee is paid by the buyer too. Refund, only if it item was not used yet!

We do not accept size exchanges for any CUSTOM order. If you are unsure about the size of the bag, before you order, please take a ruler or tape measure. Please compare it to an existing bag to make sure that it will meet your expectations regarding scale.
