Delivery and Returns for product page
Shipping costs are automatically added to your order when you enter the completion process for your purchase.
Domestic (Hungary) transportation is made by GLS Hungary.
We deliver abroad all of the products via Federal Express Corporation.
Payment must be done via PayPal.
We send email for you about the tracking number.
Since we ship with FedEx we are unable to process orders to PO Boxes, please provide an alternative shipping address.
As a customer you may be subject to import duties and taxes. Any additional charges for customs clearance will be paid by the customer. Custom charges vary on order size and the destination country. Customers should contact their local customs office for further information.
We prepare all products after orders. This means we don't have inventory and every order has 3-5 days processing time.
The shipping time is approximately 2-5 work days. For example to the US the shipping can be 3 days but to Australis usually the shipping takes 5 days.
Our experience and advises
The FedEx tries to deliver the packages twice. Afterwards they will store the package at their local office and the customer can take it up there. That is why we extremely suggest the customers to check their e-mails and phone calls frequently to make sure they won't miss the contact with FedEx in time.

Our policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
We do not accept products that are ordered personalized or customized.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please prior your refund first contact us at email@example.com.
We will send you a form in e-mail, which you have to print, complete and send us enclosed with the returning package. You have to mark on the outside of the returning package, that "Returned Product". This is extremely important because we are not responsible for any customs, duties or charges during the return. Returning items labeled with "Returned Product" are not subject to charges.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
