Refund Policy


You can cancel your order any time after your order has been placed, up until 14 days from the day after you received you order.
If 14 days have gone, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be returned in the manner in which they were received:
unworn, unwashed with original tags attached and it must also be in the original packaging.
Sorry, we can’t accept returns for any items that show signs of being worn!
In case of a change of mind, after receiving an item, it is NOT refundable or exchangeable!

Unfortunately we can not accept refund for any item which is personalized or customized.

What does customized/personalized mean?
This means that any of the attributes of the product was chosen by the customer before the order.
For example: lining, size, color, material, monogram etc.

These products are individual that is why we can not accept refund on these type of items!


Sale items cannot be exchanged or refunded. Sale prices apply only to items ordered during the sale – items ordered before
or after the sale will not have prices adjusted to include discounts.

Addressee unknown problem
The additional fees are not refundable!

If your shipping address is incorrect or FedEx can’t reach you (incorrect address, or you are not available)
the package will be destroyed, therefore refund is not possible in such case.

The shipping costs are calculated to deliver to one (first) location so if you correct it after an unsuccessful delivery
by FedEx or call FedEx and change your address after your order was shipped, it will bill you approx. US$10-US$50, which is the FedEx fee for changing
the address during delivery.

The additional fees are not refundable!

Return - refund process

1. Shipping
To complete your return, first you must email with the subject line “Return Request” to notify us about your problem.
We are going to ask you to send us photo about the item and packaging.
If your return intention is accepted by us, you should mail your product to:

You should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.
The best shipping method for you will be USPS, but it is not sure they will provide you tracking number.
We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item and we cannot be held liable for any lost items in the post.
Please indicate on the box that the item is being returned, we are not responsible for taxes and duty charges incurred.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

2. Refunds
Once your return is received, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item.
We will also notify you of the approval of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment,
within 3 days.
